It took a lot of hours and a lot of black coffee to get this far. Creating the Hip Chicks artwork has been a lot of fun, but starting a new web site from scratch, well, that’s another story. It’s been more than three years since I built my last website and I have to admit that I’m just a bit rusty. Now that I’ve started to mint the Hip Chick collection, I have a good selection of images to use for the site. But that’s why you’re here in the first place, to view the Hip Chicks.
I’ll be adding images of all the minted NFT’s to this site as they are completed. There were 1500 NFT’s generated for the Hippie Chicks collection hosted on Solsea.io and I have 50 of them minted so far. I never imagined what a tedious process it would turn out to be. I’m not sure if there is a bug in the Solsea system, but it has taken up to 20 minutes just to get one minting to complete. Might just be network congestion, but either way, it’s a pain.
I’ve got a lot to do to the site today, so excuse me while I put on yet another cup of coffee and prepare for a long session.
